As a valued customer, once your interest is confirmed and your personal details form completed, the Digicel customer care team will prepare your order and contact you to discuss next steps regarding contract verification, payment, & delivery.


What can be done within the Digicel shop?
The role of the Digicel Bermuda Shop is to capture new and existing customer’s interest in Digicel’s mobile devices and airtime tariff plans.


How long does it take?
From receipt of your order details, we will call you within two hours if placed before 4:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Delivery Policy

Currently we do not offer any delivery option for your e-purchase. Items will have to be collected in our retail store 11 Church Street, Hamilton City, Bermuda

Are you an existing Digicel customer?
If you are an existing Digicel customer with an existing commitment period your device price may be different.
Don't worry, we will make sure you know what your options are when we call you to finalise your order.

The Post-paid prices and tiered prices are available to:

  •           New to Digicel customers
  •           Existing Digicel customers who are not “in commit”, i.e. no contracted period to run
  •           Existing Digicel customers who are in commit but have less than 6 months to run

For existing Digicel customers who have 6 or more months to run, the Upgrade price will apply.
